The World Leisure Centre of Excellence (WLCE) 
is an international graduate/post-graduate network which offers opportunities for colleges and universities to affiliate with the World Leisure Organization to establish and provide graduate educational programs and research centers focused on play, recreation, the arts, culture, sport, festivals and celebrations, health and fitness, travel and tourism with an international dimension. 

It gives students, educators, researchers and professionals the chance to participate and contribute to uniquely theme-focused educational endeavours.

THE BRAND

WLCE BRAND REDESIGN
We were delighted to redesign WLCE's brand identity, emphasizing their focus on Leisure and their connection to Vancouver Island University. Our design highlights these elements through a striking wordmark and a logo that embodies WLCE's values of collaboration, inclusivity, and support.

We chose a color scheme that reflects Vancouver Island's natural beauty and the Salish Sea, with vibrant greens and blues symbolizing energy and movement. Our goal was to craft a brand identity for WLCE that's not just visually appealing but also deeply resonant with their mission and community spirit.
